The OCEA e-NEWS© is the electronic newsletter for the Ontario Cooperative Education Association (OCEA), which is distributed electronically to all current OCEA members.
OCEA is committed to keeping you up to date on the latest news about Cooperative Education and all other forms of Experiential Learning taking place across the province. The e-newsletter is published regularly throughout the school year and sent to current OCEA members via an e-newsletter.
CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS:
The Association invites innovative ideas, original stories and relevant publications on a variety of topics related to Cooperative Education and other forms of Experiential Learning from teachers in Ontario and the rest of Canada, in English and French. Let's inspire our colleagues by sharing our successes and innovative work!
WE ARE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
FEATURED ARTICLES – include photos when possible (max. 350 words) - Articles submitted by teachers regarding student successful placements, etc;
INSPIRING PROFESSIONALS – include photos when possible (max. 350 words) - Articles that feature inspiring or innovative Co-op and/or Experiential Learning educators and their accomplishments and ideas;
RESOURCE LINKS – useful web-links that relate to Co-op and/or other forms of Experiential Learning
- All content and photographs submitted must be original, must be the property of the contributor and must be copyright-free. Photos must be high-resolution (300dpi) and provided in the following formats only: JPG or BMP. Complete and submit the Photo and Model Release Agreement Form for the picture(s) submitted.
- Please include your contact information (address, phone and email address), work title, school and/or school board information with each submission. Submissions or story ideas can be sent to: OCEA@Rogers.com.
- Published material/submissions become the property of the Ontario Cooperative Education Association (OCEA) and may be published in print and/or in electronic formats. The OCEA e-NEWS Editor(s) reserves the right to edit work as required without consultation.
